It's good to see you here. These days, most people unknowingly facing back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle or lack of physical activity; but most of them are not aware of it.
If it's neglected, it can lead to severe complications where one cannot move, or sometimes, it makes one to bedridden for a lifetime.
I don't want to see my people like that. I want to bring awareness and show practical steps to reduce back pain to the present generation.

It's a 3 day WhatsApp class I will take it on zoom. The classes will start from 19th, 20th and 21st October.
